A golden expanse of tall grasses and the occasional copse spreads toward the horizon, flat except for one area of grassy hills that creates a small valley, through which a minor branch of the Ulinzi flows, shaded by the occasional acacia or baobab tree. Despite its name, it can be a very beautiful place, though just as hazardous. It is a land favored by those who seek at least the illusion of freedom. The valley itself is defensible from intruders, but it can also serve to trap its inhabitants if not alert.
